Marcelo and Manuel — uncle and nephew, but more like brothers — both hail from Portugal, where their appreciation for craftsmanship and adventure first took root. Together, they founded RE-VI-VE (Restored Vintage Vehicles), united by a shared obsession with Land Rover Defenders and a desire to breathe new life into these iconic machines.

The idea was born over beers on the beaches of Marbella, Spain — a vision to restore vintage Defenders with care, character, and a bit of soul. What started as a dream soon became a transatlantic partnership. Manuel now lives in Bend, Oregon, and Marcelo remains in Marbella, but distance hasn’t slowed them down. If anything, it’s expanded their reach.
